What Is Military Leave?
Military-related leave may provide job-protected time away from work for qualifying military-related needs. Depending on your circumstances, this may include leave related to a family member's military service or caring for a service member with a serious injury or illness.

Military Leave may be available if you have a qualifying military-related need, including certain needs related to a family member's military service or caring for a service member with a serious injury or illness. Eligibility and requirements depend on the applicable military leave program.
