Choose the Plan That Fits Your Needs

You can choose between the Low plan or the High plan. Both plans include:

• Access to a nationwide network of attorneys
• Help with covered personal legal matters
• No waiting periods or deductibles
• No copays or claim forms when you use a network attorney for a covered matter

Low Plan

The Low Plan provides access to attorneys for frequently needed personal legal matters at a lower monthly cost. It does not include the four hours of attorney time for certain non-covered matters available with the High Plan.

High Plan

The High Plan provides the same robust coverage as the Low plan plus four hours of network attorney time each year for certain non-covered matters that are not otherwise excluded. This gives you additional access to an attorney when you need help with a matter outside your covered services.

Get Started

Once you enroll, you can use your MetLife Legal Services benefit when you need help with a covered personal legal matter.

• Go to members.legalplans.com to create your account and view your coverage.
• Use your account to find a network attorney who handles your type of legal matter.
• Contact the attorney to schedule a consultation or get help with your legal issue.
