Confidential Counseling

You and your family members have access to up to three confidential phone or video counseling sessions per issue each year. Counselors are available 24/7, so you can reach out whenever you need a little extra support.

All interactions with the EAP are voluntary and strictly confidential. Your well-being is of utmost importance, and our commitment to privacy ensures a safe space for open and honest discussions. If, during your counseling sessions, you and your counselor determine that additional assistance is required, rest assured that you’ll be seamlessly referred to the most appropriate and affordable resources available. While you may be responsible for the cost of referrals, your Aetna Medical plan can help offset these costs.
