How to Enroll
Getting started with your BAYADA benefits is easy. Whether you are enrolling for the first time as a new hire, making changes after a Qualified Life Event, or choosing your benefits during Open Enrollment, follow the steps below.
Steps to Enroll
Log In
If you have a Workday account, log in and select the applicable life event such as New Hire or Open Enrollment.
Register
If you do not yet have a Workday account, register at bayada.okta.com. Then log in and select the applicable life event to get started.
Enroll
Remember to click Submit to finalize your elections before closing the window.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Remember to enroll by the deadline. As a new hire, you’ll have 30 days from the date you become eligible to enroll in your benefits. If you experience a Qualified Life Event during the plan year, you’ll have 31 days to make changes related to that event.
Please note: If your Qualified Life Event is related to Medicare, you’ll have 60 days to make changes related to that event.
